Carbon Aero-Wheelset

45 DEEP | 30 EXT | 24 INT | 1490G
PHASE Carbon AllRoad 24:45 Wide

What is the #1 upgrade you recommend for bikes? Buying a lightweight and aerodynamic wheelset. And rightly so, because a high-quality wheelset will completely change the handling: Acceleration is livelier and speed is maintained better.

The aero wheelset with aero spokes is suitable for both gravel and road use (28-50mm tires), tubeless ready and equipped with a quick-locking, sealed hub (Shimano HG, Microspline & SRAM XDr freewheel body available ). The brake disc mount is Centerlock and the spokes used are Sapim Aero Bladed Straight Pull.

Phase Carbon 45mm

Pancho Alu-Laufradsatz

35 DEEP | 23 EXT | 20 INT | 1620G
Pancho Alu AllRoad 20:35

High-quality aluminum wheelset from the Austrian manufacturer
Pancho Wheels

Thanks to tried-and-tested craftsmanship and the usage of exclusively high-quality individual components, we have succeeded in doing this in a sensational way. With Spirit, we combine a high level of suitability for everyday use with a riding performance that has never been seen before in this class.

Pancho Wheelset

WTB Venture (50mm)

You don't want to worry about what to expect during the tour? The tire's large volume provides plenty of grip on a variety of surfaces and stays fast on tarmac thanks to the closely spaced knobs in the center.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WTB Byway (44mm)

You ride a lot on asphalt and good gravel roads or you want to be fast with your friends. Mounted on the light PHASE carbon wheels, the tire will be surprisingly fast and, thanks to its volume, still have enough grip on almost all surfaces.

Shimano 12s GRX610 1x (mechanisch)

A groupset that has set the gold standard for mechanical groupset reliability. The 1x shifter is perfect for Gravel: one less shifter to break, the front derailleur works reliably on any terrain and the chain stays taut the whole time. This shifter is a sensible choice from a manufacturer known worldwide for their precision work is known. There are no batteries involved and all bike shops from Zurich to Bishkek can help if something goes wrong. Cassette: 10-51

SRAM Rival 12s XPLR AXS 1x (elektronisch)

The 1x-specific XPLR AXS wireless drivetrain from SRAM is tailored to the needs of dropbar riders and offer a sweet spot in terms of gearing. With a 10-44 cassette and the right rear derailleur, you have a wide range of gear ratios for gravel climbs and small gear increments for fast riding on the road.

SRAM Mullet Rival GX AXS 1x (elektronisch)

No more shift cables, constantly readjusting derailleurs and running out of gears. This setup with a 12-speed 10-52 MTB cassette sets you almost no limits. Furthermore, the built-in precision motor guarantees an always fast and perfect switching process.
Choose this option if you need enough gears for the most demanding climbs or if the bike is often loaded for bikepacking. An option to set and forget, as long as you charge the battery every now and then.

Plenty of tire clearance

What makes our bikes really versatile is the possibility to mount wide tires. The clearance for the tires is 700*50 or 650*2.1". This means that a tire of up to 50mm can be used in the standard gravel wheel size of 700cc (sometimes even more, depending on the manufacturer).

This is MTB territory, but if slicks or thinner tires are fitted, the Pastel Gravel turns into an all-road machine thanks to the carbon wheels, low weight and clever geometry.

Numerous mounting points

24 mounting bolts offer many possibilities, including the mounting of:

  • Bottle cages
  • Fork monuted bags
  • Toptube bags
  • Downtube bags
  • Front and rear pannier rack
  • Mudguards and light

Of course, you don't have to fit everything - but isn't it good to know that your gravel bike will be a faithful partner on all future adventures?

Light and agile gravel bike

I've had my new Gravel from Pastel for 6 weeks and I'm thrilled. It's fast and agile, with high quality components, and handles almost like a road bike - a huge difference from my previous Gravel. The custom paintwork is a real eye-catcher! Customer contact is friendly and yet professional. I wish the Pastel team a successful future!

Pastel WHTIF

The bike in Pistachio Gelato Color is visually very successful. But what is even more important is that the bike rides very well. (I had many gravel bikes before). The components were very well selected and the wheels make the bike very agile. The delivery time was just as indicated and the personal contact even after the purchase (I got directly from Martin an answer to questions) makes the company very symphatic. For me a clear recommendation.

Great bike and amazing service

I came across Pastel and was a bit comprehensive because it wasn't one of the big brands. However, I loved the idea of having a custom painted bike, saw that they were competitive on components and weight with the big brands, plus they have product in stock (my guess is they are a new brand so haven't been hit with the same supply issues as the rest of the industry). So I went for it, bought my bike and couldn't be happier with the results. It rides amazing, looks awesome and the whole buying experience was super smooth.

I'd highly recommend Pastel Cycles.
